Is the Andrew Garfield video from the sets of No Way Home a DEEPFAKE?!

We all know what Andrew Garfield's reply  was when Jimmy Fallon asked him about the leaked photos and videos of his from Spider Man: No Way Home sets. But the just a day after the interview was uploaded and got viral, Alex Cerrato uploaded a video titled How I Trolled The Entire Internet where he showed how he made the fake Andrew Garfield video and said, "I'm sure you saw the "leaked" video of Andrew Garfield on the set of 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' confirming the SpiderVerse. I'm sorry to tell you that it was my doing, and I didn't expect it to go viral like that." Even after the video proof he posted, and the statements he gave, a lot of people, actually most of the people have been disagreeing and still believe that the video was actually real. The following reasons show why the video is real and not fake as claimed by the so-called creator of the video:

 1. SONY TRIED THEIR BEST TO ERASE THE VIDEO FROM INTERNET

Since the moment that the video started getting viral, Sony continuously tried their best to make sure that the video vanishes from the internet. Yes, the video currently exists on YouTube for unknown reasons but when the leak was new, efforts were being made to delete it from there. Not just on YouTube but on other social media platforms as well. The channels and accounts that uploaded the video were banned and the videos were removed. If the video was actually fake, and Cerrato made it by himself, why would a huge company like Sony waste their time deleting a fan-made video from the internet??

2. OTHER VFX ARTISTS CLAIM IT WAS NOT DEEP FAKE

There are a lot of other people on social media including YouTube who know about CG and VFX. Such other VFX artists on the internet have been continuously claiming that the breakdown video is fake and the actual video is not. There are different artists that have uploaded on their own channels where they said that the actual video is not fake at all. In fact, the original video was used to create a fake breakdown video. 3. OTHER PREVIOUSLY RUMORED CHARACTERS BEING CONFIRMED

The first teaser of Spider Man: No Way Home has already confirmed a bunch of characters to appear in the upcoming movie. We see how Dr. Strange's spell gets messed up and affects the multiverse which results in previously confirmed returns like Jamie Fox's Electro and Alfred Molina's Doc Ock. Now, some other rumors that were actually considered to be just random theories on the internet and weren't believed by majority of the fans have also come out to be true (like William Dafoe's Green Goblin). We were also told by Molina that his character will continue from where Sam Raimi's Spider Man 2 left. How much of a shitty idea it'd be to show that the multiverse brought the villains from other universes together but not the heroes from that same universe??

4. SUBTLE DETAILS THAT YOU MISSED IN THE LEAKED CLIP

For this one, we will be completely ignoring the video that claimed it was deep fake, which is what all of us should do. Just the leaked clip has already confirmed that we will actually be seeing a Spider Verse in No Way Home. For that,if we look back at the leaked video of Andrew Garfield, on his right, we see another hand with a Spider Man suit that looks exactly like the one Tobey wore in his universe.

After that, Andrew then looks on his left as if another character which I assume to be Tom Holland's Spider Man is standing there. In the video, the audio was from Spider Man 2 BTS, but if we try to read Garfield's lips, we see him saying something like, "You Got Web Blood?" which would be how Garfield's Peter Parker will respond to the organic web shooters of Tobey's Peter Parker. Since, Andrew and Tom's versions of Peter Parker develop mechanical web shooters for themselves, the reaction Garfield gives in the scene would perfectly match the situation.

5. TALK SHOW HOSTS BEING ALLOWED TO ASK THESE QUESTIONS

It is not a secret that even though how much they try, we all know that the questions that the guests get asked in big talk shows like The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon are actually pre planned. The actors themselves or their managers or the studios concerned need to approve the question to be asked before the hosts ask it. In this case, there have been multiple leaks and theories that have put fans in a state of dilemma or doubt about a live action Spider Verse in the next movie. And this is currently among the most trending topics. If such questions don't get asked in the show, when the actor appears, it'd be very obvious that either the actor or the studio denied the permission which will eventually confirm that the rumors are true. If the leaks weren't out, I am pretty sure Fallon wouldn't have been allowed to ask the questions on the basis of just the rumors. But since there have been multiple leaks, the only way to keep the fans in the state of dilemma is to let the questions be asked and then deny it. And I believe this is exactly what Andrew has been told to do, as we've known from previous actors who've been in such big projects, the studio actually tells them how to react to questions regarding the rumors.

6. ALEX CERRATO's RECENT COMMENT ON HIS DEEP FAKE BREAKDOWN VIDEO

This can easily prove what I've said from the start of this blog. I don't need to explain any further.
